Our Directors and OfficersThe following persons are the Directors and Officers of Record for Commercial Solutions Inc:
James BarkerChairman, President and CEOJames Barker joined Commercial Solutions Inc. group of companies in 1989 as a management consultant. Prior to joining the company, James spent 17 years as a senior officer with a large manufacturing and distribution company. He expanded the regional operations of the company to a North American wide distribution company. He sold the company to a fortune 500 company in 1988. Dr. Ken HarrisonDirectorDr. Ken Harrison is currently the Corporate Medical Director for Dow Chemical Canada Inc. and carries responsibility for occupational health programs across Canada. He obtained his MD from the faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta in 1973. He also has a B.SC. from the University of Alberta in 1971. Ken also holds positions in professional bodies and business associations provincially, nationally and internationally. Rozina KassamChief Financial OfficerRozina Kassam started with Commercial in November of 2008. Prior to joining Commercial, Rozina was the Controller of Finning (Canada), a division of Finning International Inc., an international large equipment dealer which is a publicly traded entity in the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to that, she was the Controller of the Metals Division of Sherritt International, a diversified natural resource company which is also a publicly traded entity. Rozina is a Chartered Accountant and earned her designation through her experience at Deloitte and Touche. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta. Daryl KruperDirectorOver the past 20 years, Mr. Kruper has been President and CEO of Simmax Corp. or its subsidiaries, a service company he founded focusing primarily on the manufacture, sale and service of power generators and industrial engines, operating in many different sectors of the Canadian economy, including the utility, energy, mining, forestry, and construction industries. Mr. Kruper is a resident of Sherwood Park, Alberta. Alan Martin, CA CBVDirectorAlan Martin is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and is also a Chartered Business Valuator. Alan recently retired as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PWC") after having been associated with PWC for 35 years. In September 2008, Mr. Martin was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee for Commercial. William Rosser, LL.BDirectorWilliam Rosser, a partner in McLennan Ross LLP, practices corporate commercial securities law and has acted as general corporate and commercial counsel to a range of domestic and international corporate clients. He has been active as a director and corporate secretary to various entities, and was the founding chair of the Alberta Foundation for Environmental Excellence and Emerald Awards. William graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law. Richard SmithDirectorMr. Smith, a resident of Calgary and President and CEO of Dow AgroSciences Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Smith has management experience in the life sciences area, including human pharmaceuticals, animal health and plant sciences as well as a number of commercialization initiatives in plant biotechnology.
