Officially beginning November 10th, 2005 Commercial Solutions Inc. (the "Company") (TSX:SA) common shares began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the symbol "CSA" and de-listed and ceased trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.

James Barker
Chairman, President and CEO
James Barker joined Commercial Solutions Inc. group of companies in 1989 as a management consultant. Prior to joining the company, James spent 17 years as a senior officer with a large manufacturing and distribution company. He expanded the regional operations of the company to a North American wide distribution company. He sold the company to a fortune 500 company in 1988.
Eric Sauze, CA, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Sauze joined the group in 1994 from the Forestry & mining divisions, CFE Equipment. Eric is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and Commercial Solutions Inc. since 1994. Prior to joining the company, Eric was a senior auditor with an international accounting firm. His responsibilities included the audit of financial offering prospectuses for Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies in the forestry, utility and distribution industries. Mr. Sauze has earned a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Lethbridge, a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Alberta and is fluent in French.
Don Caron
Secretary and Director
Don Caron is the President, Director, and Partner of Western America Capital Inc. Western America is a private equity fund that takes an active interest in the management and growth of diversified companies. Don has extensive experience in operational management, public company compliance, financing and reorganization. He has successfully advised and participated in several mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his involvement with Western America Capital Inc., Don articled with an international chartered accounting firm in public practice.
Dr. Ken Harrison
Director
Dr. Ken Harrison is currently the Corporate Medical Director for Dow Chemical Canada Inc. and carries responsibility for occupational health programs across Canada. He obtained his MD from the faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta in 1973. He also has a B.SC. from the University of Alberta in 1971. Ken also holds positions in professional bodies and business associations provincially, nationally and internationally.
Stephen Kent
Director
Mr. Kent, a resident of Edmonton is the Managing Partner of the Foundation Group, a private investment banking firm. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Kent has been the lead advisor on numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate finance transactions in a number of industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, energy, and technology.
William Rosser, LL.B
Director
William Rosser, a partner in McLennan Ross LLP, practices corporate commercial securities law and has acted as general corporate and commercial counsel to a range of domestic and international corporate clients. He has been active as a director and corporate secretary to various entities, and was the founding chair of the Alberta Foundation for Environmental Excellence and Emerald Awards. William graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law.
Richard Smith
Director
Mr. Smith, a resident of Calgary and President and CEO of Dow AgroSciences Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Smith has management experience in the life sciences area, including human pharmaceuticals, animal health and plant sciences as well as a number of commercialization initiatives in plant biotechnology.
Daryl Kruper
Director
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Kruper has been President and CEO of Simmax Corp. or its subsidiaries, a service company he founded focusing primarily on the manufacture, sale and service of power generators and industrial engines, operating in many different sectors of the Canadian economy, including the utility, energy, mining, forestry, and construction industries. Mr. Kruper is a resident of Sherwood Park, Alberta.
